We ship to the most address in America and Canada, but currently we don’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and P.O. box.
You can cancel or edit the order at any time before it shipped. We are sorry that the orders which have been shipped can not be cancelled or edit.
You have 30 days from the date you receive the item to send it back to us. For hygienic reasons, we cannot provide refunds for accessories, skincare, etc. if the seal is damaged or no longer exists. Items must be unworn, unopened and unregistered with the original label.
